Thank you for coming.

It's been a long time coming now, but it's time for Twenty Percent Cooler to close down. We've had a good run and had a great time in our heyday, but the sun has set on our little website and now it's time to go. You have about a week to record, save, and archive what you would like before everything goes dark, so please make the best of this time.

Thank you for all the memories and contributions to our community in these last 8 years. We had a great time.

~ Sincerely, Princess Luna
Lead Administrator for TwentyPercentCooler.net

Yea Twi. Dark magic is Luna's domain.

Necromancy =/= Dark Magic
Necromancy is simply any form of magic or magical ritual which affects the vitality of, or uses components of, a sentient being. However the components are only considered necromantic if they are harvested in any way which harms the being. So using human (or pony in equestria) blood is necromantic, but using toenails or hoof shavings is not. Also, since necromancy is anything that affects the vitality of a sentient being, technically speaking any healing magic is considered necromancy. What her most Esteemed Radiance, means to say to Twilight is, No FORBIDDEN magic.

Where did you hear that? I've never heard any definition vaguely resembling what you said just there.

Necromancy is always dark magic, although there are forms of magic that are not necromantic. Necro means dead, not living, not sentient. So rituals requiring roadkill already run over are necromantic, but if you only need hoof clippings ... that's more in the realm of voodoo.

Healing magic isn't necromantic, because at neither end of the spell does the target wind up dead. Now, if you need another body, live or otherwise, to feed the spell, that pushes it into the realm of dark magic ... you can only heal your friends by injuring your enemies.

It's a very old alternate definition contrary to the "Popular" version of necromancy

To be very specific, necromancy means divination by the dead, not general death-related magic.

Bratty Filly Twilight is alarmingly cute.

it should not have to be "princess miamora cadenza" that took care of twilight?

Cadenza Mi Amore Cadenza.

Also, should Twi have her Cutie Mark? She only became Celestia's student, after the hatching of Spike incident -Sonic Rainboom making her lose control of her magic- Gaining her Cutie Mark in the process and becoming the student of Celestia.. Bam.

I'd have to double check, but isn't the mark only on the right side? If so this is obviously the left side.

The definition of Necromancy I use was decided upon by the fifteen Council of Magi, The Most Divine And Prestigious University of The Grand and Glorious Crystal City of the Magi determined that due to it's evil nature Necromancy was forbidden and that any Mage who practiced Necromancy therefore forfeited their lives, with the exception of Healing magics, and Necromancy granted by a Divine Being as part of a Pact so long as such abilities were only used in service to the deity or in self defense. Moreover communion with the dead, while falling under the vague umbrella of Death Magic, is actually considered a form of divination and is therefore not considered Nercromantic, excepting when using components which require the harming of a sentient being. Spells that require the vital components of non-sentient beings are generally considered voodoo.

Cutie marks appear on both flanks.

And even if it was only on the right side, that's the side of her we can see.
