20pc: admin forums
Question: Wait, I've heard that there may be super secret admin-only forums here on 20pc! Is it true??
Why yes it is! We have a few admin only forums to keep the staff on one page about decisions we make and the way we treat our users, as well as a few other things.
See, here on 20pc, we like to operate on transparency and be honest with our users as much as we can. At this time we have three admin only forums as listed below.
User Promotions / Demotions & Bans
This forum is used to suggest the promotion, demotion or banning of any user. An admin/mod will suggest a user be promoted, a user/mod/admin with priv+ be removed/demoted or a user be banned from the site completely,. We cast our votes and decide. We make group decisions on these things and track them here.
Administrative Action and Support
A very simple forum where staff members ask for opinions/help from other staff members and make announcements of important things they are doing. We also keep each other informed of policies and document how to handle certain situations for our new staff members. The last thing we talked about was an upload tool making a mess of the site and that it needed to be fixed before we upload more.
Please note: by using our site and talking to our staff regarding the site, including on the IRC, you are giving your consent that anything you tell us regarding 20pc will be shared with the entire staff, unless the problem regards a staff member in which case the appropriate actions will be taken. We still always ask if the information can be shared but if it regards information about the site, namely rumors, we will share it with the entire staff to address these concerns as a group, while staying consistent and informed. This also applies to any mail sent to the staff
