Character: coco pommel

Her name is a tribute to Twentieth Century French fashion designer and Nazi collaborator Coco Chanel whose perfume is still worn by nearly everyone's grandmother. In an ironic turn, rather than being a tyrant of a boss who tramples workers' rights, Coco Pommel was a meek and much put upon toady for her employer Suri Polomare until she quit in the episode Rarity Takes Manehattan.

As Suri Polomare's assistant, Coco Pommel was responsible for sewing Suri's designs together and getting her coffee. She also conveniently took the blame whenever something would go wrong. When her duties expanded to include lying to Rarity to trick her into forfeiting a fashion award, Coco decided that unemployment was a better gig. In gratitude, Rarity gave Coco the commission to make costumes for a Broadway show.

It is unknown how pleased the producers of said show were with getting the no-name assistent to a small-time designer rather than the champion of the Manehattan fashion competition whom they had hired. Assuming that they did accept Coco Pommel, it is not clear if she is employed directly by the producers or if she is Rarity's proxy.

The Season Five episode Made in Manehattan has Coco Pommel organizing an elaborate stage production in Central Park the big park in the center of the city. Her goal is to build a sense of community in the town a la Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo. Luckily Rarity and Applejack show up to help, and the community center is saved! Or something like that.

Coco Pommel is a cream-colored mare with pale green-blue hair and a mousey voice done by Cathy Weseluck. She wears a red flower in her hair and a shirt collar with no shirt attached to it. Her eyes match the color of her hair.
